By accessing or using LandlordReply ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

LandlordReply is an AI-powered tool that helps tenants generate demand letters based on US tenant rights laws. The Service:

Generates template letters using artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude)
References publicly available tenant protection statutes by state
Stores your letter history (Pro plan)
Does not provide legal representation or legal advice

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate information when creating your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent letters
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI prompts or systems
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Share your account with others or resell access to the Service
Abuse the letter generation system to generate spam or bulk content

5. Subscription & Payments

Free Plan: 1 letter per month at no cost.

Pro Plan: $9/month, billed monthly. Includes unlimited letters, letter history, and priority support.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy
Subscriptions renew automatically each month
You may cancel at any time from your account settings
Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

Letters generated will be effective in your specific legal situation
The legal information referenced is complete, current, or accurate
The Service will be available without interruption

Always verify legal information with a qualified attorney before taking legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandlordReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including any outcomes resulting from letters generated by our platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
