When you use LandlordReply, we collect the following types of information:

→Account Information — your email address and name when you sign up.
→Letter Data — the details you enter to generate letters (tenant name, landlord name, property address, situation description). This is used solely to generate your letter.
→Usage Data — how you interact with our app (page visits, button clicks) to improve the product.
→Payment Information — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

→Generate your tenant demand letters using AI
→Save your letter history (Pro plan users)
→Send account-related emails (signup confirmation, password reset)
→Process your subscription payments via Lemon Squeezy
→Improve our service and fix bugs

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted on AWS infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

→Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
→Row-level security on all database tables
→Password hashing using bcrypt
→OAuth 2.0 for Google sign-in

4. AI & Third-Party Services

LandlordReply uses the following third-party services:

→Anthropic (Claude AI) — to generate your legal letters. Your letter details are sent to Anthropic's API and are subject to their privacy policy.
→Supabase — database and authentication.
→Lemon Squeezy — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
→Vercel — hosting and deployment.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

→Access the personal data we hold about you
→Request deletion of your account and all associated data
→Export your generated letters (available in Settings)
→Opt out of non-essential communications

We use minimal, necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

7. Changes to This Policy
